As Built Blueprints
Every project begins with an existing location. Just like surveyors help to define the property lines, an “As Built” blueprint is a starting point for the project to be planned. “As Built” blueprints are also used when buying or taking responsibility to lease out commercial and retail space, such as a mall or shopping center.
Our “As Built” blueprints start at $0.70 per square foot for a CAD format print listing dimensions, finishes, permanant fixtures, and exterior elevations.
Most “As Built” blueprints take one day of onsite measurement, and can be finished and ready for printing within a week.
